I think thats the cleanest Mac mod ive seen. Im of the thought that the main 'color' of a PC should be black to let the components stand out and you did a good job with it :)

Not sure i would do that as the Di-Noc is pretty thick and would insulate it pretty well. But if you just do the two outer surfaces it might not be a big deal.
