they'd look like a bunch of retards to just drop the suit, so this is definately just to save face. Better to try and fail miserably than to just back out, right? That must be their theory.

I think its already too late for them to recover after losing so much revenue and respect in the industry. They should hang up the towel and let Microsoft take over as the most hated company on earth once more

Seems logical to me that when you take someone to court that you would want some evidence, maybe im wrong?
