That didn't take long - credit to NVIDIA for bringing a fix out quickly.

I don't notice a difference between the High Quality and Quality modes at all. Would you care to circle or point out the differences in them???

There's a bug in the High Quality mode on 77.77, so you will see little/no difference on those screens.

Basically, the main thing is that there is no flickering - check out the videos in this thread: http://nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=55812

There is very little difference in static image quality, but there are differences when the character is moving. You will need FRAPS for the codec and you need to watch the video's at their native 640x480 resolution, otherwise it distorts the video and you will not see a difference.

Care to "donate" one of those 7800s so I can see just how much of a difference there is between Quality and High Quality?
I'm not too picky on the graphics of the game. I like it when they look nice but I don't go nitpicking them to death. It doesn't really matter to me if I use AA or not.

EDIT: actually, the link to the xp/2k version seems to be broken. the x64 version is there though...

EDIT again: seems to be working now
