If you look at the ground in the left hand portion of the screen on the Aztec image, you'll see that the textures move and flicker as you move. Make sure that you watch them at their native size. It gets quite annoying when you're actually playing the game. That movement is the lack of filtering at the MIP boundaries.

MIP boundaries are basically the edge of the textures - if you think of the 3D scene being made up of lots of different textures, the flickering is the edge of the textures where they're under-filtered.

When watching the aztec video, look at the areas that I've highlighted with my awesome MS Paint Pencil.
