The story seems a little bit vague on how he calculated his damages. Did he loose a client because his inbox was full? Is this for the time spent deleting the mail? Or is this just a man that got some free cash?

This was a UK bloke claiming against a UK spamming firm. Not so easy to fight American spammers from the UK, and they're the worst offenders.

Oh come now cpemma. Thanks to these wonderful people who send me unsolicited email I now enjoy the benefits of my on line degree, a much bigger penis and a host of medicines to increase flow to my now extra large wang and keep it up all night. I'm also glad my bank uses these companies to check my on line banking details with me as I'd hate for that information to be out of date.
