why didn't you guys stay in the US 1 or 2 more days so that you could pop over to san francisco and catch the steve jobs keynote?

Rumor has it that he will be introducing a 50 inch plasma television with a mac built-in with PVR software......

I understand it may take a while for these articles to be produced, just eager I guess

Just for clarification though, woman + images = good

Haha. Nice pictures. On one of the call cards, only $39! And I thought hookers would cost more than that.

I can only assume that the only reason why you guys ended up at CES rather than that 'other' trade show were your Bit-Tech responsibilities (or you'd probably want us to think of your blind devotion to 'computer-related' tech).

I've known about G71 (or whatever you want to call it) since before GTX 512 was announced but I don't go around publishing what I find out when having a few beers with a board partner/manufacturer. You're likely to get no information the next time you speak to them.

There's a lot of stuff that I do know about that I really shouldn't do - that's because board partners are quite open with me in confidence that I don't go around brown nosing people because I've got the information well before many other journalists. The last time I did publish something before I should have done so was before GeForce 7800 GTX launch - I hit the specs on the head in mid-May and was politely asked to remove them. I'd rather keep getting the information ahead of time so that when it comes to publishing reviews, I've got an idea of what to expect before things are released.

Just think half the size, twice as fast...

If you guys need a journalist to check out non-tech related conventions, I'd be more than willing to oblige

lol.

1) The part you can't read on the cards, it's actually $39 EACH, and you needed to buy 2 at a time (I kid you not).

2) Neogumblahblahblah, yes that is a McDonald's sign The golden arches and Denny's both got a little neon glow.

3) The AVNs are apparently scheduled every year on the days of CES. Oh darn, unlucky us.
