Passive! Yesss!
Finally, another Nice passively cooled video card! Most of the 6000 series passive cards (other than 6200) have dried up and can't be found. Whenever I upgrade my computer to PCI-express, I'll need a good replacement for my passive FX 5200 (which does quite well for now, but can't handle H.264 video in HD resolutions...but does do fine with HD Mpeg-2)...so in 2 years or so, this 7600GS looks good for me. Hope the video card manufacturers stay smart and realize some of us prefer the lack of noise to screaming performance.

Is this card faster/better then the 6800GT?

That's something I'd like to know too Obiwan.
While I like playing a game with settings set to high (mmorpg's don't require a 7900), I don't have the money to buy the €300,- cards. This 7600 looks like it might be the thing I've been looking for pricewise, but I'm curious how it will stand up against a 6600gt and a 7800gt. I know that the 78oogt will probably blow it away of course, but comparisation is the mother of all knowledge right?

But if one can beat my current 6800GT then one card would be enough
