Good for Apple Computers, They , It just proves that the 2 symbols are just different enough for the courts to think this whole thing is pretty silly.

If you read carefully, however, the argument that Apple Computer used to justify that they weren't getting into the music industry was that what iTunes transfer's is "Just data"...

So filesharing, which is sending "Just data", is legal too, right?

"We have always loved The Beatles, and hopefully we can now work together to get them on the iTunes Music Store."
aha like thats gonna happen now

Anyway, the logos are completly different to me

The beetles one being a whole granny smith, while the apple one is a drawing of an apple with a bite taken out

how the 2 can be mixed up, i dont know

1) I had absolutely no idea Beatles used an apple on their jackets.
2) I previously never associated Apple Computer logo with anything but Apple Computers.
3) I now associate Apple Computer logo with Apple Computers and a group of aholes to rich and bored to have anything better to do but sue and will boycott for the rest of my life.

This is more retarded than Spike Lee sueing TNN when they changed their name to Spike TV.

blah, people bum apple toooooo hard.

personally from all experience i've had with ipods they usually suck... which is why up till now i still haven't brought one....

people use ipods, ibooks and apple crap*ple as a fashion statement, i look cool as i have an ipod :O :O woah no way!?

i won't even begin about how much of a rip off itunes music store is... put it this way..... why would i pay more for digital content of music? when i can walk into a shop buy the cd, and have something physical for cheaper? ontop of that as most of you know theres free alternatives to get digital media....

Oh good, Apple won. Just like Wal-mart trying to trademark the smiley face, there are certain things that should not be trademarkable, I think fruit should be included.

Want the full lowdown on the Apple Vs Apple ruling?

Do what the bbc did and ask a baffled london cabbie...

http://www.mailonsunday.co.uk/pages/...a_source=&ct=5

Read the article then watch the video - the moment the cabbie realises is priceless.
