Not really anything new... when Boeing decided to start corporate blogging with Randy's Journal they got attacked by many in the blogosphere, but they listened and Randy dealt with the issues raised. Now Randy's Journal is an informative and welcome look into the inner dealings of a major aerospace company.

I'm sure Dell will do the same, and slowly improve on what they've started. It can be pretty tricky for a company that's never blogged before to get it right, right from the start, but as long as they do actually listen to criticism then people will soon forgive and forget.
