I can't wait. Massive Halo fan here, and I really hope Blomkamp, Jackson and co communicate well with Bungie to really grab that atmosphere.

I totaly agree with Matt_117 on the Talking to bungie front, as bungie are pushing Halo in the game universe. If Jackson can pull of a spectacular film, much like Lord of the Rings, it could be a 3 hour film

with breath taking effects.

but then again Jackson made braindead so i dont think we would have to worry about the gore.

is there any way we could petition so around 100 hardcore fans could check the script before it went into production?

That's a pretty unfortunate quote - we know game adaptations tend to suck, but they actively went looking for someone who wanted to do it badly?

I can't wait, I'm excited about this movie as I am about Halo 3. The biggest thing I was concerned about this movie was it would be anime, but they laid that to rest awhile ago. So I'm really excited.
