Qbank has yet to learn the way of the Dremel
put red led in mi old logitech and keyboard (pic update)





i have put one verry bright red led in my logitech mouse its mi old mouse on mi p3

i'm gone led mod a bit on my p3 in red and on mi xp in bleu

the bleu stuff on miu xp you've all seen (not finiched dow) but gone do some red on the p3
next wil be the keyboard, a red nightraider , home made hd fan cooling painted with with red leds on them :-)

Oh_No has yet to learn the way of the Dremel
can't tell from the picture but is the blue one a logitech optical cordless ?

I tried putting a blue led in mine but to no avail, it was too weak to use, has to resort to the original red one again...

If it's the same mouse, where did you find a bright enough blue led ?

the bleu one is a standard and its awit a optical mouse bute its not an infra red one its the Ifeel one with wire

keyboards are verry moch the same 3 mm or 5 mm leds
so get them out and put others in its as simple as that

yeah, my keyboard LED mod took a whole 20 minutes to do. They're real easy to mod, if the pcb in there doesn't have the +ve and -ve ends marked on it, just look closely at the LED and you can match it up just by the shape of the 'filaments' inside.

And, WOW, are those bright. Doesn't it look like you could lay a hotdog on it and keep it warm? wow, it looks nice.
