MTA: San Andreas

Hey guys,

For all of you out there with San Andreas for PC, you've definitely (if you haven't already) gotta take a look at this. It's an online race mod (with user-created maps) for SA which is quite honestly the most hilarious thing I've played in awhile. The reason I'm pimping this is because I really think more people should get in on it, there is a decent base of regular players, but often not enough to fill up servers.

Check it out.

I played this a ton back in College when it was first introduced. Tons. I'll load up some screens when I get home of one of the servers I used to always play on. I'll have to re-install San Andreas and play this again. Did they ever get the death match part figured out or is it still purely racing?

With the newest client you can do both racing and (vehicular) DM. There are a couple servers dedicated soley to DM and cops and robbers, both of which are always hella fun.

Definitely one of my favourite games to smoke a bowl to.

I'll have to get this reinstalled. The cops and robbers thing sounds fun. Some of the tracks people think of are absolutely insane. I remember one had you drive off of a cliff and after falling for like 30 seconds you spawned into a plane and then had to fly around for a bit.

Good times

Racing (and laughing) through peoples insane, twisted maps is pretty much why I play MTA. To see all the weird track ideas people come up with, and rarely playing the same track twice is just so entertaining. I find games like CoD4 offer loads of fun - but just a different kind of fun compared to MTA.

I used to play this as a BETA, i prefered racing as cops and robbers was shite. Might re-install.
