Isn't ECS one of the PCPartner outlets? I faintly recall PCPartner having a very bad rep for products some time back. As for Foxconn/HonHai they're about as big as they come. Up until a short while back they really dealt mostly in OEM business, but it seems they want their piece of the pie now.
