Agreed.
I find it hilarious when people complain about juggernaut, last stand or the n00btube but have martydom as a perk! It's dumb.

Zero skill involved, lots of free kills.

Last stand and n00btube still require some aiming to get the kills with at least.
Juggernaut is annoying but stopping power basically counters it anyway

every1 has these perks available to them so its fair. itd be different if only some people had them.

its frustrating but if you think certain perks are better just use them

No they don't, Many perks unlock at later levels. New people to the game that need some of them most don't have access to them. Nor do prestigers.

Not everyone wants to be a cheap prat by using martydom in matches and would rather get the kills legitimately.
Martydom isn't "better" it's just a very cheap, skill-less way of getting some extra kills, specially on shipment.

Shipment is a dire map when people have 3 frags on, you just get grenade spam on you and get spawn raped

yeh i know what you mean but "proper players" that spend more time playing and are therefore the majority would preffer a "less cheap" perk
yeh but martydome isnt that high up the ladder is it
shipment is brutal with 3frags, its intollerable when a team blanket throws that many frags in a map that is essentially a close up shot gun match

I use Martydom, and as some can testify I'm no cheap Prat, but if it helps our team gain that one extra point, I'm all for it.

TBH if you can't handle it by just moving slightly out of the way, then you really need to practise a bit more.

Yuo can hear the grenade drop to the floor, you can see it drop to the floor, and if your to into it to notice, just make sure you never run over a fresh corpse.
Just run around or pause in one place for the tiny amount of time it takes to explode

EDIT: I don't mind what perks anyone has on, they still get raped by me, juggernaut or none, hiding round corners with a shotgun. Cheap, but if it gets kills then I'm happy for them, but if they kill me I'll come back and hunt them down

yeah but i do things leon style, so i prefer killing with pistols or knives, as it is harder to do. So i have to be very close to the ememy, and so its harder to escape. Martyrdom spoit my fun, so i tf2 now

Then to survive you adapt your playing style (or leave to play TF2 )

More realistic damage. I'm sick of filling people full of lead only to have them turn around and kill me. Really grinds my gears!

Most times I am killed my martydom is from running around a corner where someone has just been killed (without me having anyway of knowing) or being in cramped environments like a small room and despite running as far as I can still getting killed.

Also it's not "moving slightly out of the way" the blast radius on them is ridiculous and apparently greater than a normal grenades radius. If they combine that with the Sonic boom perk...

If they made it so you could throw a grenade in a last stand type situation it'd be a little less cheap.
