its not THAT type of lamination your thinking of, its an anti uv solution that will make the prit survive in the sun for longer as well as improve its durability. I need to look at what options are available, im meeting my printing guy on wednesday to discuss what i can get away with and how much its going to cost, id have loved to have gotten them done on awesome canvas but the cost was just too great, it would have pushed each print up to about 35 quid.

im not THAT good.

yet

Thats not too bad, 35-40 is what i pay on average for a stretched canvas had 4 done recently 20x10" £38 inc stretching & laminating[similar UV solution i believe]

Let us know how they are going also could you pinch that printer lol :P

They are damn good printers, our college has one similar & there is a guy at my local shopping centre that lugs one around & does prints in an hour shame he charges £60 for a large ish print :S.

proof arrived today, not 100% happy on the lamination, makes it look a little too glossy for my tastes, i might just get them to up the brightness on the image slighly and switch material its printed on.

I can understand your feeligns on the gloss as its does seems a little over the top but I will say the actually looks of it are pretty damn stunning! Now hurry along and get them to perfect the printing to your specifications as my wall demands this cover it now!

I think I'm going to have to pass mate, I have been looking at postage costs and I really can't afford to spend that much, especially coming closer to Christmas.

I'm afraid I have to back out. Some cock-up with housing payments means I'm being assessed late fees.
