Front USB Ports Cause Restarts
I think my front USB ports are shorted, because in the winter time, if you even simply touch them, my computer restarts.
This is the first time i've had this problem with my new PC and this new case. My old case did this too. Any workarounds? Are the ports faulty? Is there a way I can ground the ports?

Sounds like a short to me, check the wiring, carefully, to see if there is any exposed cabling anywhere.
Also, are you certain you have the plugged in the right place?

Make sure you didn't plug the front panel usb cable to the 1394 firewire header - easy to do as they look the same...
