Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 PCI availability.

I am trying to decide on what mobo to pick up to go with an i5 750 upgrade, the GA-P55M-UD2 seems to what many people are going for and at the price it's very tempting.

My issue is that I have a 260 GPU (it's a big card!) and a half height TV card I wish to reuse - will both fit or will the gpu block both pci slots?

What is the best alternative for <£120, I looked at the GA-P55A-UD3 but I can't seem to find any reviews yet.

Thanks.
