Cheap new HD monitor

Any ideas on if these screens are ok for entry level.

I have a very old crappy 19" TFT , unkown brand so pretty much anything will be an upgrade, and as my budget is pretty low im looking to get a 22" in the region of £125

so far i think i have narrowed it down to either an hanspree, Acer ot Iiyama

Stuggling to find any reveiws for the ACER as it seems to be a very old model.

HansG

Acer:

or Iiyama

Any thoughts from the guys here would be great

(I will be getting a 460 GPU also. hence the price restriction.)

Tend to mainly use the machine for bit of WOW and FPS, but im no hardcore gamer so im not really going to benefit from buying a Top Dollar screen.

The Hanns-G 25" screen is really cheap in newegg US. It might be worth looking at.

yeah it is

also when you get it turn off the stupid dynamic contrast ratio

leave the setting on standard but increase the sharpness to 4/5 and play with the colours to suit.

by default sharpness is 3 and in gaming mode its 5 but 5 makes text look rubbish so i found 4 to be best of both.

The RELISYS TL995A is the 19" MVA-TFT LCD monitor that's incredibly smart both inside and out. The sleek exterior envelops a powerful spec, which genuinely sets new standards - 700: 1 contrast, 300cd/m2 brightness and a 25ms response time means that picture quality is outstanding. There's even a pair of built-in hi-spec speakers that deliver equally brilliant audio.

Lol @ 25Ms Response time "picture quality is outstanding"......
