D510 or D525 for NAS?

Im sitting here looking at an energi efficient motherboard for my new NAS build.
Would an D510 SUPERMICRO X7SPA-HF be more efficient than a D525 model of the same card?

According to Intel both the CPUs use 13watt, but what about the rest of the card?
