Storage Acer Aspire 5738z SSD

Hi,

I have a Aspire 5738z laptop which I want to upgrade to a SSD HDD. I think it will take a SATA2 SSDrive but could someone just clarify this for me. I have searched google and not come up with any results. This is the SSD I was looking at; http://www.ebuyer.com/282000-ocz-120...sd2-1vtxpl120g

Does this have the TRIM support?
