Ygd3n has yet to learn the way of the Dremel
Alpha White Winter by ygd3n

Hello guys.. To start with im quite new at this forum and im from sweden.. So my writing isn't the best, but i hope you guys can appreciate with that!

So now, to begin with!

During my third year at school, last year, we had projectwork. So I came up with the idéa to make my own designed case, after my own idéa's and thoughts.

HARDWARE

Msi 770-C45
Phenom x4 960T @ 3,4ghz
Asus Radeon 6950 1024MB DirectCU II
SSD crucial m4 64gb
samsung 500gb
Corsair Dominator 2x2gb 1600mhz CL7
Fractal Design Newton 1000w modular

SPONSORS

Thank you all helping me with this project!

Special thanks to
Calle @ Fractal Design
Stefan @ Djungelapa
Thomas @ Bitfenix
Christian @ Aquatuning
Christoph @ Be quiet!
Lack Nord AB

Part 1, Measurement and Thinking

Part 2, Assembly and Completion

Like a glove!

Part 3, Lacquered and Improvement

And I can tell, It's great cablemanagement in this case haha!

Part 4, Hardware within

Please take eye's of that crack in the acrylic.. Nothing im proud of, but when the cold hits northen sweden.. it's cold, -40 degrees so the acrylic snaps when I cut it.

Think im gonna change the coverplate to aluminium or something else, acrylic is hard to handle.

But what do you guys think about this build ? Give constructive criticism rather than destructive criticism!

Can also add that this project is not over yet, have a package from Be quiet! that will be home soon enough..

Take care and please comment, im new here so help me straight things up!

Forgott to paint this part, black or white ?

Bitfenix pre-sleeved, real nice.. but package bending sucks..

How it looks today, almost the same, just waiting for my package from my sponsor Be quiet!, new cooler and other stuffs..

The reason why I need a new cooler is that I can't have plexiglas on the side.. the cooler sticks outside the case, so I need one who's lower..

REAL CLOSE!

Sleeved some extensioncable's for the Be Quiet silent wings 2, you can barely hear them at 60-70%, and they move great amount of air aswell!

Thanks to Christoph at Be quiet! for all the fans and the cpu-cooler, helped alot

That's all for me this time..

Think my project is done for now, maybe see me next time in a new scratch-build!

Have a pleasant wednesday y'all
