Plastic_Manc has yet to learn the way of the Dremel
Times are a Changing, New Build

Afternoon,

It's time I moved away from my 775 system that has served me so well. However having not delved into buying new kit for a while, I'm a little out of touch and therefore in need of a gentle point in the right direction.

From the build in my sig, I'm looking to take across the SSD, HDD, GFX card in the interim, PSU, Monitor and other bits and bobs. Therefore, in addition to that I'd like to add;

So pray tell, are my choices wise?

Good solid build, I wouldn't change anything. On a side note, you know you'll have to reinstall Windows to get it all working properly don't you?

Yeah, there's W7 64bit Retail going to go on the SSD. Just looking to minimise costs as much as possible but get something a bit nippier to take me forward, the cost of kids have killed my hobby in recent times.

Why do you need 6 air penetrators?

Was thinking 2 front, 2 roof and 2 on the H80 given that it's a smaller case and will be tucked away somewhat in a corner.

Ta although kind of re-affirmed my plan to be honest. The Corsair CPU cooler also changes the results of that article a touch as it is based around an air based CPU cooler.
