How to : Permanently remove IE toolbars(even if you install one)[video][HD]

Was getting fed up of accidently installing toolbars and stuff when installing freeware.
Got fed up and found a way to permanently remove them = even if you install a new one.

It is reversible.
See the vid. hope this helps some of you with the same frustrations!
