Can I RMA this?

Hi there,

Purchased a set of two 4" UV Cold Cathodes about 2 months ago. However, one of them has died. No reason for the failure as far as I can tell from looking at it.

Do I RMA this through you, or do I take this up with the manufacturer?

Don't use the phone, it is an 0871 non-geographic number which Scan takes a cut of the charges.
When you buy something you have a contract with the supplier (Scan) not the manufacturer that the goods you have bought are good quality and reliable.
After 2 months the product is considered to have been faulty from the day you bought it so RMA it for a full refund or new replacement. Don't accept anything less.
