I'm using R2 case as in your sig.
Have been contemplating wood laminate on tops, sides and front and leaving the front side vents top control & sockets in black as they are.

I have my R2 on a custom caster base which sets 55mm off of floor so better airflow and quieter.

Nice I will retire my R2 when I complete this build. Wood work is good but it is not easy! need to craft it properly. I am thinking of White and black colour for the case.

No no R2 is very nice case. I am just having to make do with very small space in my bedroom hence the move to build something very small and powerful so I can play games/watch movies etc.

I am thinking of white outside and black inside with white braided wires... maybe another colour in the mix.

My present system is mostly black and need good lighting to do anything inside of case. Have had different colors inside and have to say black is the worst because harder to see black bits on black background.
