Add another 540 rad, then add a mod-kit to the D5 pump, and away I go! I just need to figure out how to route the tubing between the two radiators now (FT02 case)...

Another 540 rad wouldn't fit in the bottom so instead I got a Koolance 120 rad for the top. At least it'll help a little...

Ended up taking apart EVERYTHING and I am not selling my two GTX480's with blocks.
