Modding cleaning watercooling

just removed my water cooling kit from my pc does any one have any advise on cleaning out the system as the pipes look dirty inside thanks in advance.

Yeh i use half and half water and vinegar just don't let it sit too long or it'll oxidize the copper, and give it a good flush out afterwards
