I bought a MSI 560Ti Twin Frozr II from Scan in June 2011, was sent a 560Ti HAWK instead; as this appears to my mind to be an upgrade, I didn't complain. I'm getting a lot of visual glitches in multiple games now, so I'd like to RMA it next week. Below are videos I recorded of some of the glitching.

Will the fact that I was sent a different card affect the RMA?

Playing devils advocate, how would they know your not trying to send them a different faulty card that belongs to your mate instead? They only have your word on the whole twin frozr/hawk different card thing..

Presumably they can check it against a stock list or something, and I have all the paperwork and box it arrived with.
