Corsair 550D Side Panel Cover top clip broken, replacement for panel cover?

Hi,

I bought a Corsair 550D (along with extra fans, HX 850 PSU and a MSI 7950) last tuesday but did not recieved the order until Saturday and did not unpackage until Wednesday when I discovered the side panel cover (this: http://www.corsair.com/en/parts/case...st-filter.html so its not the entire side panel) had the top clip broken and fall down and the damage looks like this (sorry for the image quality of the first one):





I am not sure If I am eligible for this to be replaced (I can send other details if required) and I have also sent a query but alas no response from there. I hopefully I am eligible for a replacement as I want to do a build tomorrow/Friday though I can wait without a side panel cover until a replacement comes along but I really do not want to wait for an entire case-replacement. I heavily aplogize if I left this far too late.
