ALS has yet to learn the way of the Dremel
"Velociraptor"

Hi all.
Project named Velociraptor. Small, fast, predatory.

Hardware.
PowerColor HD7950 PCS, i5-2500k, ECS H67H2-I, 2,5" HDD, SSD.

Power consumption and PSU.
Enermax about similar config (HD7950/i5-2500k/Green HDD/SSD/etc...):

ok, check it (I use a DIY power meter) :

so, power consumption :
idle - 60...65W
max load (in russian OCCT Perestroika) - 210...220W (baby FSP300-60LD working well, but Chieftec CFT-700-14C not need a big ventilator, enough small 6-cm at 7,5volts).

But I need more quiet PC and I choosed a "golden" FSP AU-700 - lightweight, powerful and cold.
Becouse it works with my config without any active cooling :

Case
Material - aluminum. А several variants, I chose the first :

Looks interesting. But why did you use a H67 board with a 2500k? You won't be able to overclock, therefore not taking advantage of the cpu's massive headroom.

Z68 boards for mini-itx are awesome.

But looks interesting, i love SFF builds, i'll be watching.

The motherboard previously has been used in my HTPC, I didn't buy her.
Also, in this case there may be problems with cooling the overclocked components.

Hallo, comrade !!!
Glad to see your project here!
Maybe you can help me to find the optimal location of the power supply relative to other components? My project has been stalled because of this ...
