Decent, reliable SSD drive for around £135?

Looking for a 240/256GB SSD drive for no more than £135.06 including delivery to Northern Ireland. I would have bought a Samsung 840 from Scan, but delivery is £10 unfortunately. I thought I would be able to find a decent drive around that price, but it's proving to be rather difficult.

I have been using Google Shopping, which is usually woeful. So perhaps you guys know of anywhere selling a nice SSD that accepts PayPal? A Samsung 830 would be ideal, but they are getting hard to find.

Thanks

That's the thing though, I only have £135.06. Believe me, I would have bought the 840 by now if I could.

Anyone know what Corsairs warranty policy is on used items? It doesn't come with any documentation, so that's the only thing I'm worried about.
