Unable to Activate Free Carriage
I'm just trying to activate the free carriage offer on my scan account, but it is saying that my bit-tech account cannot be found - it could be something to do with my unusual bit-tech username...

Perhaps if you asked a mod to change your name to Spiderman the free carriage would work. But yeah, time to call them up and refer them to this thread, it's not great customer services to ignore this stuff, however you look at it. Even just a simple "it won't work with that username" would suffice.

Almost seems pointless the forum being here when Scan staff don't reply to threads or take days/ weeks to reply. Seems like the only way to get anywhere is to use the phone.
Don't get me wrong, I like Scan and have had good experience with them (I even recommend them to friends and family), but you guys really need to be more active in monitoring and replying to your customers here, or you will lose them. And even if you PM rather than reply in thread..the rest of us can't see those and it looks like people are being ignored. Not a good look imo.
