Great example of Customer Service - Called & spoke to Adam at Customer service, less that a minute later, all sorted. Me very Happy.

I'd hate to think how many times I've used Scan, must have used them since the early 90's and never had a problem. The biggest problem was finding them when I visited them outside Bolton Football ground LOL!!
