speaking of ipod... this is pretty funny

I always appreciate the innovators... not apple, this enterprising kid:

"The teenager stopped at a nearby display Macintosh, pulled the iPod from his pocket and plugged it into the machine with a FireWire cable. Intrigued, Webb peeped over the kid's shoulder to see him copying Microsoft's new Office for OS X suite, which retails for $500.

When the iPod is plugged into a Macintosh, its icon automatically pops up on the desktop. To copy software, all the kid had to do was drag and drop files onto the iPod's icon. Office for MacOS X is about 200 MB; it copies to the iPod's hard drive in less than a minute."

I think John Connor actually used an Atari Portfolio at the ATM, and to hack the vaults at Cyberdyne.

Ipods are evil. do any of you have any pride at all, do not buy this evil apple stuff, they shall fall and the fall will free the computer world a bit more, and when sun falls the world will be free.

Apple's are bad for your teeth and your wallet and self respect and street cred, save yourselves from this trojan horse.

and john said to the jehova, let there be a light shining on you my son, for the lord jesus shall rise again and it shall be the day of super market sweep.

Yeah, Yeah!

I think that macs are ok! They have more stable os's than some other popular os's we could mention! And anyway, I still think that the handheld comp in terminator 2 was an amstrad

the only problem, is you couldn't do this with a PC because when you install stuff on a mac, you don't get all the .dll's and directory writings like on a pc but I thought it was a funny story.

Thats a stupid thing to want..... the only way microsoft (or any other software manufacturer for that matter) will ever produce good software is if there is competition, if apple can bring out a better os than ms (which in MHO they have) as well as better hardware, then more power to them it helps push microsoft into doing bigger and better things....... bill gates and MS really dont give a toss about creating a good product as long as it sells.... the only reason they try to make good products is because of competition........ IMO if apple fell the world would be far from free the same goes for linux or any other os or platform.......
