Looks like a great setup for a test psu, for testing LED arrangements, fans, lighting, all that jazz.

I did this about 3-4 years ago, mounted the PSU on a plank and used copper pipe as posts, the copper pipe was use as a large diameter terminal was required.

gGnome redid his whole power supply for Orac, I think...made it all into jack plugs, which I thought looked great.

I have used an old AT PSU as a bench supply for ages for little bits of testing here and there but I wouldn't mind making up a decent one maybe with monitoring needle displays and further variation on the output voltages, as much for something to make as the use I would get out of it.
