Bought the box set and played through it on easy again, what do you think I should do. Complete Titan Quest on Epic AND on the 3rd difficulty setting. Or move onto immortal throne now ?
anything similar which is new ? I like the whole Action RPG thing with Titan Quest, just like diablo.
Quite enjoyed TQ myself, haven't got around to trying the expansion yet. If you enjoyed it go for the harder difficulty level - it'll cost you nothing but time.
I'd try to find something Else, I found Dungeon Siege a far superior Diablo-type clone then Titan Quest. Give a go at Hell Gate, it's decent and made by some of the team from Diablo IIRC.
i preferred dungeon siege as well, one thing i hated about titan quest was the stupidly sized inventory. it was way too small
I've accidentally pumped 20 hours into this game in the last 2 weeks or so. I think it's great! THREAD NECRO!
I bought Titan Quest a few years ago when it was on sale, and the problem I found with it is that it went on for a bit long, and I lost interest shortly after getting to the second act, 10 or so hours in. Maybe it's because I like to see what's in the area first ("There's a gap in the map! Must fill it in!") before moving on.
Woah! 6 year bump! Impressive. Great game, have you heard of Grim Dawn? They are using the Titan Quest engine. Looks good!
I'm just in the second act at the moment, I found it quite boring between about lvl 10 and lvl 15 (still in act 1 then), but then since hitting lvl 15, I am levelling up loads faster and I've found lots of nice gear. I do that though, fully explore all the areas before moving on I really enjoyed sacred 2 though as well which is quite a similar game. I haven't, but now I will! I love this style of rpg, loads of classes, skills, loads of them wayyyy OP. I don't think I will play through too many times, as it seems to be a ginormous game, hopefully I will make it through at least legendary and epic though with this character.
Titan Quest on normal too easy? Man up and play the Uber Version. The normal monster spawn is increased as much as the engine can handle, and all bosses spawn 6x. Not hard enough? The monsters also have the stats of the next difficulty and if you die you loose all progress to the next level.
