Don't worry, they'll bring out the proper version of the phone with WP8 :)

    f2 lens, that's a big deal! iPhone 4s/5 only have f2.4 lens, it's half a stop brighter!

would be interesting to see it in WP8. will certainly be better than the ruined Android.

I've owned a few Huawei devices that come with EmotionUI and it's better than the changes other manufacturers make. Not only is it highly customisable but it can be quite easily disabled since it runs on-top of Android rather like a replacement Launcher app.

Got to admit that Vanilla android is the best experience, surely the Huawei Ui cant be worse than Touchwiz? even the Sony Ui on my Xperia SP is much better.

More important is how is Huawei pronounced? I don't want another Asus/Asus/Asus palaver. Is it:

    a) "Howay" - y'na, canny phone that, like
    b) "Heyway" - ??
    c) "hu-ar-wee" - who are we?
    d) "hoo-way" - ??

    ??

Isn't it Wah-way? Apparently the company silenced the H against normal pronunciation of H sounds in mandarin.

Yea, because all other phones are so much thicker and subsequently bulletproof.

I think it's being buttproof that's the problem there.

nah the standard android releases can be outdone quite often. remember one on droid one called kush zero that dominated anything froyo(the most recent at the time) offered, and looked better as well.

on terms of retail version tho... yeah... for some reason large businesses cant make a single improvement on the os, unlike the independent programmers who do it for next to nothing o.0. really should be some people trying to hire those guys.

It's a Chinese name, 2 symbol. so should be 2 syllables. PinYin puts it as Hua Wei, so in English it would sound like "Huah Way" with the last syllable flat rather than trail off when you normally pronounce way.
