My Psion 3A has a 128KB solid-state drive. My Cambridge Computers Z88 has a 32KB EPROM, but while it's technically a storage device and technically solid-state, I wouldn't exactly call it a solid-state drive...
A memory stick is basically an SSD isnt it? I dunno, someone more technical than me can tell the difference...
I think flash memory refers to NAND(used for mem sticks ,thumb sticks and ssds) and NOR memory (used commonly in embedded applications)
