    Hello,

maybe you could remember me for this build http://forums.bit-tech.net/showthread.php?t=292025 where I watercooled a 16Wx38Hx42L case!

    :eeek: CHALLENGE :eeek: :
Try to watercool an ITX case of 11Wx30Wx42L dimension with SAME components performance of an ATX one!!!

    OBJECTIVE:
Watercooling the build AND reach 4.5Ghz for the processor + get a nice overclock on the gpu.

To accomplish my objective I will mod an Aerocool CS-101, a case not designed for a full size GPU :

After long time thinking this is one possible solution
(EDIT I won't use this solution, the radiators are too tall, it's aesthetically horrible to see, moreover two m160 add 1kg of weigth to the build) : [IMG]

    Components:

    CPU: INTEL i5 6600K
    MOBO: ASUS z170i pro gaming
    GPU: EVGA 160GTX mini
RAM: GEIL super luce frost white
    SSD: SAMSUNG 512 M.2 Evo
    POWER SUPPLY: CORSAIR SF450

    Watercooling components:

    WB CPU: EKWB supremacy mx
    WB GPU: XSPC raystorm gpu
    RAD: 1x160 HWLAB nemesis M160GTX
    FAN: ALSEYE 4x80mm
    PUMP/RESERVOIR: SWIFTECH mcp35x pump/reservoir combo
LIQUID: NANOXIA coolforce pure n power
    RIGID TUBE:
    FITTINGS:
    REHOBUS: Bitfenix Recon White

    To Do:

    1) Mod the Asus Card from red/black to white/black
    2) Mod the power supply in white

    3) Makes the holes all for the radiator and the GPU----->DONE
    4) Create a window in the left side panel of the case ------>DONE
    5) Paint all the case in White---------> DONE

    6) Draw a tiger on the right side panel
    7) Buy Watercooling components -----> DONE
    8) Mod The radiator in white ------>DONE

    9) Cut the Bitfenix Recon to make it fit in the DVD driver hole
    10) Create a little powerful build

    Let's go :dremel:

So RAM, PSU and FANS arrived yesterday!

About the FANS: it's the first time for me that I bought the ALSEYE case fans and THEY LOOK AMAZING!

The ALSEYE fans are made with a "crab leg" design that give them 15% increased airflow and 5% less noise.

The high quality materials are pretty solid, the rubber gasket is well designed too: it absorbs the vibration and is not too thick, making it possible to easily install the fans for exemple on a radiator.

The package is sold with the classic mounting screws and anti-vibration screws! The last one are used to reduce ever more the noise ( this package remember me the same of the Noctua one ).
The fans speed is up to 2000RPM with a declared 28.35CFM and 26.37dB.

I pushed the fan up to 2200RPM and the measured CFM was effectively of 31CFM with a maximum dB noise peak of 30dB.

Is it possible to buy them here: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/S80-...DC-fan-thermal-system-gaming/32306401951.html
at the price of approximately 9 dollars or 8 euro.

In my opinion the build quality, the aesthetic and the performance of these fans makes them a very good product for its price :thumb:

For more info here is ALSEYE official site: http://www.alseyecorp.com/

    Here the Geil RAM

So the project is not dead, secretly I'm continuing my mod slowly :cooldude:

    - I cut the holes fors fans, gpu and side panel window
    - I painted in white the case and create the window in the side panel
    - I painted the hardware lab radiator in white.

    Next step:

    - add "foots" to the case
    - create the holes to mount the reservoir
    - cut the Bitfenix Recon to make it fit in the DVD driver hole
    - add the glass to the window
    - still lot of work ...

    Some pics:

    Guuuys time for big update!!!!

Here is the motherboard customized in black and white with barrow waterblock:

This is the hole necessary to host the Bitfenix Recon:

Added some foot to help the installation of the graphic card:

Added the tiger on the side panel:

NOW: this is the test build with flexible tubing ONLY to test if one 2x80 radiator can actually makes me reach the performance that I wanted.

The result are almost as expected!

ONE TINY HWLAB RADIATOR CAN actually cool a gtx 1060 OC@ +175core and +500Mhz memory +
    a i5 6600 @ 4.4ghz!!!!

    CG temp are @42max
    CPU temp are @65max

I'm very proud of my build, I can finally show to the world that you don't need million radiators but just enough for your power.

One pic with rigid tubing/fittings before final pics! (I can switch between light off/on ;))
