As an American myself, I must point out that 'Murica and America are two entirely different nations, and I have no affiliation with 'Murica. It's a common misconception that the two are related. They are not. That is final.
Which is why I didn't say "bloody Americans". I recognise there is a difference between the rational folk and the ah.. um, how can I put it... well, 'muricans.
Agreed theres a very clear line between the rational Americans and Murricans, usually by means the Murricans have enough firearms in their homes to supply a small militia.
I love the way the gun companies talk like they're the only rational ones and that it's perfectly acceptable to carry a gun. I prefer my road rage to consist of someone stickin two fingers up at me and not a two barrelled gun.
I do too, thanks to inheritance but I don't drag them around everywhere and they're all antique or close to it. All have sentimental significance, and I do hunt as well. The difference is that I know when and where a firearm is appropriate, which is very few places indeed.
Kids on Instagram will play with them for a while (and hopefully take said selfie), but I don't see this as being a serious self defence weapon.

I'm getting to the stage that nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to guns and some Americans, i get the feeling that their the minority though.
