Don't panic, that's not how it's described on the original document they've got , as is the case with most of the information on there - I just edited out everything sensitive. But if it worries you I've removed it Be grateful I didn't call it a hoogamiflip, what's'it or thingmebob! I'm merely showing the share paths - descriptions are irrelevant.

Finally they're implementing it! But only after running it past Legal and Compliance to ensure it meets with regulatory approval, to be told by both departments that since they know nothing about IT they wouldn't know but had we considered password protecting every document instead?

Not all files can be password protected

Almost all of these could be but either way it's a Damn stupid idea because of the volume of files from someone who knows nothing about it - a non tech auditor!
