Regards, Overclockers UK - Support WebNotes:- https://www.overclockers.co.uk/webnote.php Telephone:- 01782 444455 PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS AUTOMATED EMAIL ..................... I might be wrong, but, I'm fairly sure the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Supply of Goods (implied terms) Act 1979, the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002, don't include 'rescission' clauses. Thought I would make this available to all in case they were considering a purchase.
You are wrong. The relevant legislation in this case is the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and it does allow a reduction in the offered refund as long as it's been more than six months since the goods were purchased.
It rarely comes to that though, because the GPU manu usually offers something of modern equivalence. Depending on the GPU manu of course.
