Hi there, I need to get a part made from polycarbonate (can't be acrylic). It needs to be quite precise, otherwise I'd attempt it with hand tools. It's a simple 1.5mm sheet piece (roughly 350x150mm), so perhaps laser cutting would be viable. However, I've heard that it can give some quite nasty browning if not done properly. Does anyone know a good place (preferably in the UK) that can do a 1-off and then afterwards a batch job for a decent price? I've got a good place for laser cutting aluminium/steel (yorkshireprofiles.co.uk if anyone needs anything made), but have had no luck with finding a place for PC. Thanks!
