Watch it. Doesn't matter if you're a motorsport fan or not, just trust me and watch it.

Nothing else needs to be said, but I will add this; our tiny, infamous part of the UK has developed a reputation over the years for the disgraceful acts many people have committed. It's sometimes hard or even impossible for people to see beyond the headlines, the stories and the images from decades of violence. Films, no, people like this help you see beyond it. There is a print hanging in my room of Joey on a red Honda superbike, mid corner, with his knee on the ground and his eyes looking straight ahead through the visor of that iconic yellow helmet. I look at that print every day, but nothing compares to the sight, sound, smell and awe of the moment as it happens.

Completely stunning. Balls of titanium reinforced steel. At some point in my lifetime I am going to Northern Ireland and I am going to watch the Northwest 200 no matter what. Thats now a lifetime objective of mine.

Slightly off topic but I'm your average red blooded hetrosexual male but I'll be damned if Liam Neeson doesn't have the sexiest voice of any man alive. He's even better than Morgan Freeman. He actually reminds me of David Hayter voicing Solid Snake at times.

Started watching this late last night but couldn't keep my eyes open, so I'll watch it tonight. Thanks for sharing!

I'm pretty sure the Northwest 200 is covered on Motors TV which is now on Freeview should anyone not have Sky/Virgin.

I personally use Hola. It's a Google Chrome extension that works as a VPN for your choice of country. Can be a little finicky, but I use it for iPlayer regularly. There's a Android version now as well which apparently works even better.
