I've tried 3 times now to setup a new direct debit with virgin and they haven't done so this has been on going for a month. Anyone had similar problems
Virgin Media are teh ebil. End of We switched to sky and told them we were changing 3 months in advance... they still tried to charge us for their service 6 months after we dissconnected...
true that. still, they're better than what i used to be on (aol, urgh...) so i can't complain that much. YET.
