Time for me to get a new headset / headphone's. Iv pretty much got my self down to Steelseries 9H and AKG K550 Both have about the same price tag, both getting 10/10 5 star reviews across the board. i know its always a better idea to go with the Headphones than a headset but the two really do seem on par with each other. Im also getting an Asus Xonar U1 i think to go with them. opinions?
AKG all the way. I've had the steelseries 9H and found them horrid. Went with AKG K240 MK II and they feel and sound (even to me) so much better. I've tried the k550 too and felt exactly the same. But I got my k240 on a deal so went with them.
Nice to have input from someone thats tried them both cheers! ill just add that they will be used for music, films and gaming.
