    A Poor Man's Project Casemod...

    Videocard: Palit ATI HD3850 512mb 256bit DDR3
    Memory:[2x] 2GB Team Elite DDR2 PC800 [2x] 1GB Kingston DDR2
    Harddisk(s): [2x]80GB [1x]160GB [1x] 500Gb Seagate Sata HDD [2x] Samsung 40GB 2.5 inch External HDD
    Optical Drives: [1x] Samsung DVD Writer w/ Lightscribe
    PSU: Coolermaster Extreme Power 650watts PSU
    Monitor: 17" Samsung 743NX LCD
    Mouse and Keyboard: A4tech Optical Mouse, Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard and Flexiglow Keyboard

    sir is your p5nsli stable at 2x2 team elite ? whats the RAM settings on your mobo? did you update the bios of your mobo? cuz mine it crashes after some time . . can you post the settings you set on your ram?? thx sir

    i have OC'd this motherboard sir,that's why it is stabled up to know,and yes i have updated and tweaked the BIOS of this mobo from stock BIOS to version 1801 downloaded @ ASUS website..the ram settings is also at its default settings.. :)

    ohhh so the solution is i'll just update the bios of the mobo to the latest and thats it? or after updating i should change some settings.

    ps: you didn't change the rams settings? its still 4000mb 8000mhz 5-5-5-15?

    yep,all settings is in default sets,no need to change after the BIOS upgrade bro..just download latest BIOS and flash it..i have the ASUS image on the POST into Alienware theme tweaked with the latest BIOS from ASUS..:)

    sir i really new to this bios upgrade thing am i suppose to do it using a diskette? could you teach me on how did you do it. . thx

    ps: whats the bios that you used? i saw on asus' site the latest would be the 1801

    You just download and install from the manufacturers' website...

    And he said that he upgraded to v1801 earlier, :read:

    is it recommended to do a bios upgrade on EZ flash 2? since my rig doesn't have a floppy drive.

    I ihave already updated the bios and set the settings to default as skteboxx mentioned however after i boot up to windows approximately 3mins after booting up the computer crashes. . .damn need to resolve this prob :(
