    Silver Ghost

This is the 2nd Scratch Build that I am doing this autumn and after a lot of thought and talks in the workshop with E22 over this steel frame that was from a mining rig about how it could be used as the base for a nice case so I started to get the frame stripped down and cleaned while E22 Designed the Case for me.

Here are the early renders of the case but this is subject to change over the next week or so when we make some final plans and get some brushed stainless laser cut.

Thank's Jeff Myself and Nate had a good think about it and he came back with the design giving me more to work with in planning the loop. The whole feel of the PC will be very Toned down Grey, silver, White and as little Black as possible but this is dependent on the mother board :D

Looks like it is going to be a sweet design. I love the openness of the front plexi. Looking forward to seeing it unfold.

    Cheers

That is such an obviously elegant layout (How come I didn't think of that when I was trying to design a wooden steampunk case?!? :duh: ).

I love the design, minimalist and sleek. Will be watching. Also, there aren't enough 'silver' projects.

Thanks BNeg rather liking this a lot and really cannot wait to get the panels cut and see how it looks in the flesh we have stuff to tweak before then but me is excited

Ian yes I know I am crazy but I love this so much it would be a shame not to use all the space in the workshop so I expect to have a few done before the year is out I have so much time on my hand as I am at home looking after my mum so I find it easy to do them both as there is no travelling All my work is at home.

So thank you for looking at this little build log and I hope to have something juicy to show very soon :)

This is my problem I see things then want to do another project I have made space in my room for a few on going builds once the messy bits are done in the workshop and I have time on my hands so all I can do is keep modding :)

    The Specs

Hello again Folks back with a very small update and a Spec list. I have known for some time now the Asus will be doing a limited run of the White Sabertooth Called the Sabranco I have spoken to a friend in Asia and they are very close so this will be the board for this project.

    The Specs:
    Intel 4690K
    Asus Sabertooth Mk S
    HOF 780 GTX x2 SLI
    Corsair 16Gb Dominator Platinum 2133
    Corsair HX850i
    Corsair Force LS 240GB x2 Raid 0
    EK 540mm WE Rad
    EK EVO White CPU Block
    EK D5 and Top
    EK 250mm X3 Res (White)
    EK 780 HOF Blocks
EK HDC 12mm OD Nickel Fittings
    E22 Ultra Clear
    Aquero 6 XT

Still not got the Final Design down yet really want it to be perfect and need to incorporate a transition plate and maybe a waterfall Res into the mix so one more week of planning before the action starts.
Thanks again for looking at my work logs see you very soon :thumb:
