Current cpu is a e4400 @ 2400 and its getting a bit slow for my liking, so its quad core time. Ive settled on a Athlon II x4 620, which is really good value for a quad core 2.60ghz part, but here is the problem, i've got a nice set of 4gig 800mhz OCZ dd2 ram which i would like to reuse because im poor at the moment. Is there a board that will take the above chip and let me use my existing ram? all the boards ive seen listed need dd3
it would make more sense to just stick a quad in your current rig? Those athlon x4s are not fast clock for clock.
