Not sure if it is the right section. I got few old computers, want to get rid of them.

Do I just put through recycling centre? Or there places that take them?!

Talking about Slot A AMD and Slot 1 Intel.

Depends, on what you got, you could make a nice backup system, a server based deal or paper weights again depends how old school, i pilfered with permission a p3 (976mhz)computer with 192mb ram and i will try and make it into a weekly back up system for my main, all i will do is add extra hdd`s and wup dee doo, old stuff could also be a goldmine on ebay for alot of people.

Perhaps Freecycle might make it easier to offload some of the bits you can't find a buyer for. there will always be someone willing to take on the part. I'm sure there are also some specialist retailers stocking reconditioned old parts that would take them off your hands.

You could donate them to a computer recycling scheme? They'd go to a worthwhile cause.

^ probably the most sensible choice. Or, if you have a family member without a PC or something you could see if they want it.
